The opportunity
We are looking for high caliber professionals to join our team as Project Site Engineering Experienced Professional. As a Project Site Engineering Experienced Professional, you need to perform successful delivery of HV/MV substation projects and other duties as assigned by the Operation Manager. This position requires good analytical communication with stakeholder management skills.
How you’ll make an impact
1. You will support the Project Manager in the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction activities, as well as in risk mitigation, to ensure the efficient and successful delivery of HV/MV substation projects.
2. You will coordinate civil, electrical, and E&M interfaces during site execution.
3. You will supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure work quality and safety, ensure adherence to Macau workplace safety regulations and company HSE standards.
4. You will provide timely updates to the Project Manager regarding site progress, work quality, and safety performance.
5. You will review construction drawings, specifications, and method statements; provide technical guidance on site, and support the installation and testing and commissioning of power systems equipment, components, etc.
6. Willingness to work on‑site in Hong Kong and Macau and adapt to project demands.
7. You will perform other duties as assigned by the Operation Manager.
8. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. High Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
2. Valid safety training certification.
3. Experience with GIS, power transformers, protection & control systems, or power distribution networks highly preferred.
4. Good analytical skills for troubleshooting and problem solving.
5. Good communication, site coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
6. Self-motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure.
7. Good command of spoken and written in both English and Chinese.
8. Possesses of valid driver license is an advantage.
