Activities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations for piling, shoring, and foundation projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Supervise site engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and workforce to achieve project objectives.
- Coordinate construction activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and method statements.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project schedules and milestones.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical and operational issues.
- Ensure proper allocation of manpower, equipment, and materials to maximize productivity.
- Review and implement construction methodologies for piling, diaphragm walls, secant piles, anchors, micropiles, and shoring systems.
- Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with project specifications and company standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented where required.
- Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations, company procedures, and client requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Participate in project planning meetings and support commercial and contractual matters when required.
- Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained throughout project execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- Minimum 07–10 years of experience in piling, shoring, and deep foundation projects.
- Proven experience managing large-scale foundation works in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of bored piling, CFA piling, diaphragm walls, secant piles, anchors, micropiles, and ground improvement.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with UAE construction standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project planning software.
