Are you ready to lead a team where safety meets life-saving impact?
At our Mullsjö filling station, we don’t just manufacture a product—we produce medical gases that critical healthcare systems and patients rely on every single day. We are looking for a structured, collaborative, and forward-thinking Site Manager to take ownership of our production facility, champion a continuous improvement culture, and lead a dedicated team of filling operators and coordinators.
Your Mission: Drive Efficiency, Ensure Quality, Lead People
As Site Manager, you will hold the keys to the station’s operational success. Your day-to-day will be a dynamic mix of hands-on team leadership, strategic LEAN implementation, and rigorous quality management.
Key Responsibilities:
Empower & Lead: Oversee resource planning, internal training, and foster a collaborative, safe work environment for your team.
Optimize Production: Partner with your staff to drive efficiency using LEAN/Six Sigma principles, ensuring we consistently hit our business and quality KPIs.
Safety & Compliance First: Maintain strict adherence to medical regulations. You’ll collaborate closely with our Quality and Regulatory Affairs departments to keep documentation and routines flawless.
Operational Ownership: Manage the site budget, monitor costs, and oversee the procurement of materials and external services.
Maintenance & Validation: Work alongside our internal Service & Maintenance team and external vendors to ensure equipment runs smoothly and validation work is executed perfectly.
Who You Are
We are looking for a leader who balances structure with empathy—someone who can command a process while supporting a team. To thrive in this role, you should bring:
Proven Leadership: 2 to 4 years of experience in production management and operational planning.
The Right Mindset: A sharp administrative eye, a proactive problem-solving attitude, and a passion for operational excellence.
Educational Background: Post-secondary education in a relevant technical or operational field (or equivalent practical experience that proves you know your stuff).
LEAN Experience (A Major Plus): Knowledge or certification in LEAN/Six Sigma will give you a significant head start as you look to optimize our processes.
