Activities:
- Support in the preparation of the work schedule, verifying its feasibility and identifying possible optimizations
- Support in monitoring the execution of the work schedule in compliance with timelines and required standards
- Collaboration with the Site Manager to ensure continuity of activities in line with the work schedule
- Support in workforce management by planning and coordinating the various activities
- Reporting issues and non-compliance to the Project Manager
- Support in managing relationships with suppliers, clients, and the Supervising Authority
Requirements:
- Technical diploma or degree
- Previous experience in the role will be considered a plus
- Entry-level candidates, including recent graduates, will also be considered
- Good interpersonal, organizational, and management skills
- Willingness to travel within Italy (construction sites)
For this position, the expected gross annual salary ranges from 25 000 to 50 000, determined based on experience, skills, and the level of responsibility associated with the role, in compliance with the Edile Industria National Collective Labour Agreement. Meals and accommodation are provided in the event of assignments away from the usual place of work.
