Site Leader - Hospitality and Office Services Leader
We're seeking a customer-focused Hospitality & Office Services Lead to oversee daily workplace operations at a professional client site. This role serves as the primary liaison between Ricoh and the client's facilities team while ensuring a seamless experience for employees, visitors, and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, experience supporting office operations, and the ability to lead and coordinate a small team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include conference center support, mail operations, fulfillment services, supplies management, and reception/catering backup support.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary contact for workplace services and client support.
- Partner with the client's Facilities team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Oversee inbound and outbound mail services and fulfillment activities.
- Coordinate conference room readiness, hospitality services, and meeting support.
- Manage office and operational supplies inventory.
- Provide backup reception, administrative, and catering support as needed.
- Lead and support one Ricoh team member, including training and workflow coordination.
- Monitor service quality, resolve issues, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Complete operational reports and ensure service-level expectations are met.
Required
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a professional office, hospitality, workplace services, facilities, or related environment.
- Experience coordinating or overseeing office operations.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office technology.
Preferred
- Experience with conference center support, hospitality services, reception, mail services, or facilities operations.
- Previous experience training, mentoring, or leading others.
- Experience working directly with corporate clients or stakeholders.
