As a Site Lead, Senior Workplace Experience Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping how our teams connect, collaborate, and thrive across in-office, hybrid, and remote environments. You'll help bring our culture to life through thoughtful experiences, seamless operations, and a hospitality-driven approach that makes every workspace feel welcoming and inclusive. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you'll support workplace programs, events, and daily operations that elevate the employee experience. Your impact will be felt in the details, creating environments where teams can do their best work and feel connected to what we're building together.
What You'll Do
- Support the day-to-day operations of workplace facilities, services, and employee experience programs while contributing to overall office efficiency by addressing evolving operational needs, ensuring a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and vendors.
- Manage on-site programs such as catering, pantry services, and employee perks, including vendor coordination, scheduling, communications, and office calendars.
- Assist in planning and executing company-wide and local events while tracking and sharing feedback to evaluate participation, satisfaction, and overall impact, helping deliver engaging experiences that strengthen culture and connection.
- Build relationships with team members across the office to understand their needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to enhance the workplace experience.
- Collaborate with the Workplace Experience team and cross-functional partners to ensure seamless building operations and in-office experiences across multiple North American locations, including coordinating maintenance needs for HVAC, elevators, and construction activities.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Managerial or leadership experience is a plus, but not required.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to communicate professionally with employees, visitors, vendors, and senior leaders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 77,700.00 USD - 97,100.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
