Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Site Lead to join our Document Management Services (DMS) team in Berlin.
In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership of the process group to fulfill business objectives, build and manage a dedicated operational team, and ensure long-term business continuity at our Berlin location.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
- Strategic Leadership & Team Management: Provide strategic direction and lead the production and internal service teams at the Berlin location, taking direct and indirect personnel management responsibility.
- Internal & External Collaboration & Escalations: Act as a key operational interface to Sales Field Service, other locations, the Works Council (Betriebsrat), and corporate departments (IT, HR, Finance, Customer Service, PM, Sales), while serving as the primary lead for internal and external escalations.
- Quality, Compliance & Global Standards: Ensure high customer satisfaction while analyzing, adapting, and implementing global operational standards tailored to local conditions.
What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience & Education: A completed university or technical college degree (Hochschul- or Fachhochschulstudium) or a Master's certification (Meisterausbildung) paired with several years of professional experience in production or document management environments.
