Cross‑functional systems analyst who operates as the continuity anchor for business systems, identity/access transitions, vendor coordination, ERP support, and audit‑adjacent operational controls across multiple manufacturing sites.
Core Responsibilities
• Identity lifecycle coordination (provisioning, de‑provisioning, forwarding/delegation
patterns)
• Paycom access patterns and UAR support
• Microsoft 365 licensing governance (E3/E5/Exchange Online) and shared account
strategy
• Intune + Apple Business Manager ownership continuity (including Domain Capture
posture decisions)
• IT security exception authoring and operationalization (compensating controls)
• Industrial VLAN program coordination for legacy/industrial assets
• IQMS operational support (users, security matrices, workflows, alerts)
• Physical inventory/cycle count planning and execution support
• Circuit/carrier inventory and transition support
• Procurement coordination for IT hardware/software and renewals
• Executive‑ready decision briefs and escalation memos
Required Skills & Experience
• Microsoft 365 administration fundamentals (licensing concepts, identity groups,
Teams/SharePoint)
• Endpoint management concepts (Intune, Apple Business Manager)
• ERP support experience (DELMIAWorks/IQMS helpful)
• Strong Excel/analysis skills and comfort with structured templates/trackers
• Vendor management and escalation discipline
• Strong written communication for executive summaries
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems / IT / Business or equivalent experience
