Job Description
Position Overview: The Site Integrated Planner is responsible for ensuring seamless production and supply chain operations within the plant. This role involves coordinating across various departments, including production, logistics, and inventory management, to optimize manufacturing processes and meet customer demands efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive production schedule that aligns with demand forecasts and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure adherence to schedules and resolve any production issues that may arise.
- Monitor and adjust inventory levels to optimize stock and reduce waste.
- Track production performance, identify trends, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Generate regular reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and areas for enhancement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between different departments, facilitating communication and collaboration to achieve production goals.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in production planning and inventory management.
