Job Description:

The Site HR Manager, reporting to the Europe HR Director, will be responsible for leading and developing the HR function in the Tuusula Site partnering/supporting around 250 people mainly focused on Production, R&D, QA/RA, and Operations.

He/She will cooperate with people leaders and main stakeholders to optimize the company success through effective HR initiatives and leading innovation and improvement projects with the goal to guarantee higher quality standard and higher effectiveness in each associates life cycle process ( from the recruiting to off boarding).

He/She may represent the organization in contract and labor negotiations and Provide coaching and counsel to managers and associates. Applies general understanding of all areas of HR management, supervising 1 local HR Coordinator and actively contributing to the Europe HR team for continuous improvement and development.

Job Requirements:

We're looking for a candidate with a degree in Business, Human Resources or related field, who has minimum 8/10 years of work as HR Business Partner roles ideally in US multinational and complex company with manufacturing sites.

Critical needed skills:

* Strong local labour law & HR Fundamentals knowledge;

* Consolidated HR Business Partnering experience and attitude;

* Strong interpersonal skills to lead the change and impact others;

* Excellent English language skills

We're looking for a professional HR Manager with Passion for results and able to lead and drive the change in the function and in the local site (partnering effectively with the local management team). The candidate will have the chance to re design the basics and inspire others liberating potential.
