Job Purpose
You will act as the Site Finance Partner for our Pakistan site, owning site financial performance and partnering with site leadership. You will provide clear, timely financial insight that shapes decisions across manufacturing, supply chain and operations. Responsibilities
- Lead the full finance cycle for the site, including monthly close, consolidation for the Pakistan P&L and rolling forecasts.
- Partner with site leadership to translate operational plans into financial plans and provide decision support for cost, inventory, and capital choices.
- Own working capital, inventory and CapEx planning; identify opportunities to improve cash, yield and cost efficiency.
- Prepare clear, concise financial reports and present site performance to senior finance and site leadership.
- Drive control and compliance activities for site financial processes and support internal and external audits.
- Improve reporting and processes through system enhancements, automation and documented ways of working.
Education, Experience and Skills
- Degree in finance, ACCA or CA is required for this role.
- 3 to 7 years post-qualification experience in corporate finance, FP&A, manufacturing finance or Big Four background.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and P&L ownership.
- Practical experience with inventory accounting, product costing and working capital management.
- Skilled in Excel and familiar with ERP systems (for example SAP) and data visualization tools.
- Good communication skills and ability to build effective partnerships across functions.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or supply chain finance role.
- Hands-on experience with product costing, BOMs and cost-to-serve analysis.
- Track record of process improvement and system automation projects.
- Experience preparing materials and presenting to senior leadership.
- Knowledge of IFRS and local regulatory accounting requirements.
