Job Description
- Monitor ITS systems in Buses, using diversified tools to monitor the performance and capability of systems/nodes as well as health check of equipment’s and performing PM/CM in buses.
- Troubleshoot problems. Working to triage or troubleshoot the issues within their defined areas.
- Track issues. Tracking and documenting all defects and resolutions in detail to Team lead and coordination process for rectifications.
- Report incidents. Escalating complicated issues to management, other IT resources, third parties and/or vendors, as appropriate.
- Record incidents and correlate them with the events.
- Apply appropriate workarounds.
- Communicate and coordinate resolution with other support levels including third-party partners and vendors.

Experience
• Minimum: 0 years
• Preferred: 1-2 Years
Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field.
