Role

Reporting directly to the Director of Revenue & Analytics, the Reporting & Data Quality Analyst will own the data integrity of our commercial data, acting as the point person for ensuring accuracy, availability, and reliability of source-of-truth datasets.

Responsibilities

  • Support ongoing pipeline data quality by working with sales, commercial operations, and Octus BI to resolve data quality issues, working through issues on a case-by-case basis, and over time, proposing solutions to resolve data quality issues at the source
  • On a quarterly basis, reconcile between finance & commercial data sources to ensure data sources stay in sync; understand root causes and recommend fixes 
  • Together with other members of the commercial analytics team, become an expert on internal reporting dashboards, fielding ad-hoc data questions raised by commercial team members
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders on data quality & enrichment projects to improve Octus’s commercial data capabilities via cleanup of salesforce account & contact data

Requirements


  • Experience working in commercial/sales operations, business operations, finance/financial operations, sales administration, or similar
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM
  • Ability to work US hours 

Preferred Experience

  • Beginner-level SQL and/or appsscript
  • Prompting experience with general-purpose AI tools (Gemini, Claude, etc.) 
  • Previous experience working for US/UK-based firms

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, including advanced (beyond vlookups) skills using google sheets
