Responsibilities:
- Conduct
thorough site surveys and accurately communicate site details,
measurements, and layout requirements to the design team.
- Collaborate
with the design team to finalize project layouts and ensure all
site-specific considerations are incorporated.
- Present
and explain design plans to clients when necessary to facilitate timely
approval.
- Coordinate
with installers to ensure precise execution of projects, strictly
following Freyr’s systems and processes.
- Perform
on-site monitoring of installations as required to ensure zero errors and
compliance with project specifications.
- Lead
quality assessments for both rooftop and ground-mounted solar plants
across the assigned region.
- Enforce
strict adherence to predefined quality parameters post-installation to
maintain system integrity and performance.
- Deliver
responsive after-sales service and maintenance support, ensuring timely
resolution of issues.
- Execute
maintenance activities according to the assigned schedule and track
performance metrics.
- Diagnose
service requests to identify root causes and implement effective,
long-term solutions.
- Conduct
troubleshooting, fault detection, and root cause analysis to prevent
recurring issues.
- Maintain
comprehensive records of site surveys, project execution, client
documentation, and service reports.
- Provide
daily work status updates via email to the reporting manager to ensure
transparency and accountability.
Requirements
• Diploma/ITI / B.E./ B. Tech. (Electrical/Electronics/
Civil/ Mechanical)
• 60% above in 10th and 12th grades
• Age 28 or below
• Candidate must have experience in the C&I segment.
• Should have 1 year of experience in executing ground-mount
or rooftop solar plants with a minimum capacity of 50 kW and above.
• Knowledge of National Electrical Code, National
Occupational standards (NOS) and standard
design/construction practices
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Good oral & written communication skills.
Skills Required
- Diploma, ITI, B.E., or B.Tech. in Electrical, Electronics, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 60% in 10th and 12th grades
- Age 28 or below
- Experience in the commercial and industrial (C&I) segment
- At least 1 year of experience executing ground-mounted or rooftop solar plants with minimum capacity of 50 kW
- Knowledge of National Electrical Code, National Occupational Standards (NOS), and standard design and construction practices
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Good oral and written communication skills
