At our Gillette plant in Berlin, which employs around 500 people, we use state-of-the-art high-tech control and manufacturing systems to produce wet-shaving heads for the premium Fusion, Labs, and Venus shaving systems.
About the Role
As Site Digital Application & AI Governance Leader, you ensure the governance, compliance and sustainable use of digital and AI‑enabled applications supporting manufacturing operations.
You own the site’s digital application portfolio, build strong Application Owner capability, and ensure solutions are secure, compliant and value‑creating across their lifecycle. You work closely with Manufacturing, Quality and central Digital, Data and AI teams to scale best practices and accelerate impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own governance and stewardship of the site digital and AI application portfolio
- Ensure applications are registered, risk‑assessed and aligned with business continuity requirements
- Build capability of Application Owners and Key Users across the site
- Drive compliance with digital assurance, data and AI governance standards
- Lead site execution of application stewardship processes (access, change, quality, records)
- Act as primary site interface to central governance and audit teams
Job Qualifications
What You Bring
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data or Information Systems, or completed vocational training
- Experience with digital, data or analytics applications
- Good understanding of application lifecycle management, governance and risk
- Ability to work independently in a matrix organisation
- Structured, collaborative and solution‑oriented mindset
- Preferred: Experience with data platforms or AI‑enabled applications and manufacturing operations
