Ecolab Downstream is seeking a Site Coordinator to provide support for daily operational activities at the customer site.

What You Will Do:
- Oversee customer bulk and commodity deliveries.
- Coordinate with suppliers to arrange drop-shipment deliveries to the site.
- Perform required administrative tasks related to gate pass preparation and follow-up.
- Escort bulk trucks within the refinery in compliance with site safety regulations, including flagman and work permit receiver requirements.
- Coordinate with the customer warehouse regarding demand requirements and minimum stock levels, and provide weekly updates to the manager.
- Maintain consistent inventory levels and support the prevention of stockouts.
Position Details:
- Site Coordinator to support daily operational activities at the customer site, including chemical unloading/offloading, receiving supplier trucks, facilitating site access, and managing customer bulk and commodity deliveries.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3–5 years of experience in logistics coordination.
Physical Demands:
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5 years of experience in logistics coordination within the oil and gas industry.
- Previous experience in refinery or petrochemical environments in Saudi Arabia.
