About the Role: 

We are looking for a Site Content Coordinator to support our brand.com team. In this role, you will be responsible for website updates, promotion setup, and ensuring the day-to-day activities of the site are running smoothly. This is a one year contract. You must be able to work 40 hours a week and East Coast hours. 

  • Manage site content updates from submitting the creative brief, updating assets and copy, new product setup and maintenance, submit any translation requests
  • Responsible for setting up promotions and discount codes, qa’ing, and updating the discount/ promo tracker to share with the Customer Service team weekly
  • Troubleshoot customer service questions that may arise from site experience or promotion issues
  • Perform weekly site walks and place weekly test orders on all sites
  • Ensure all  translations for INTL sites are captured, and open a ticket when needed
  • Assist the team in QA’ing weekly emails
  • Manage reviews on an ongoing basis - publish to the site weekly and syndication reviews on a quarterly basis
  • Run a weekly inventory report and manage communication with demand planning team on additional inventory needed for upcoming promotions

About You:  

  • 2+ years of working experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong project management, organizational skills, and superior attention to detail
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Shopify experience a must
  • Experience in Photoshop a plus
