What you'll be doing:

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Site & Compliance Specialist to help keep our workplace running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting day-to-day site operations, managing essential administrative processes, and ensuring compliance across our facilities.
You'll act as a central point of coordination for site services, ensuring our facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. You'll manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, oversee building access and visitor procedures, and support a secure working environment for employees and guests. You'll also manage the flow of business-critical documents, ensuring records are accurate, traceable, and distributed on time. In addition, you'll coordinate deliveries and shipments, helping teams receive the materials and resources they need to operate effectively.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinating cleaning, maintenance, security, utilities, and other facility services across Avon premises

  • Managing vendor relationships and ensuring service standards are met

  • Overseeing incoming and outgoing documentation, maintaining accuracy and compliance requirements

  • Supporting audit readiness through effective document control and record management

  • Coordinating deliveries, shipments, and logistics activities across the site

  • Monitoring visitor access, sign-in procedures, and health and safety requirements

  • Helping maintain a safe, compliant, and professional workplace environment

  • Addressing site-related issues and coordinating timely resolutions with internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in facilities coordination, office administration, reception, workplace services, or a similar role

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

  • Confident communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience coordinating vendors, suppliers, or service providers

  • Ability to work independently while building strong relationships across teams

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems

  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

  • Understanding of health, safety, security, or compliance processes is an advantage
