Manages the full accounts receivable cycle for a retail mall, including tenant billing, rental income accounting, collections, reconciliations, deposits, banking transactions, arrears monitoring, reporting, and audit support. The role also reviews tenant sales data, calculates turnover rent, maintains customer accounts, supports retail operations, and ensures compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.

Manage real estate investment transactions for a Singapore-listed REIT, including acquisitions, divestments, capital raises, due diligence, feasibility studies, transaction structuring, financial analysis, regulatory compliance, and investment committee presentations. The role also oversees advisors and corporate service providers, supports REIT strategy and business planning, and manages internal and external stakeholders across Singapore and Asia.

Supports integrated marketing campaigns, promotions, events, loyalty and CRM initiatives for a major retail destination. Coordinates agencies, tenants, and internal stakeholders; manages campaign delivery, budgets, activations, reporting, and performance analysis to drive footfall, engagement, customer experience, and brand awareness.

Administer contracts throughout project lifecycles by preparing, reviewing, and maintaining documentation; monitoring compliance and performance; supporting contract interpretation; resolving issues with stakeholders; and contributing to risk mitigation.

Support marketing campaigns, promotions, communications, tenant engagement, and loyalty-program activities for Setia City Mall. Coordinate with tenants, agencies, vendors, and contractors to deliver initiatives that increase brand visibility, customer footfall, and sales. Supports the full finance function for Lendlease Global Commercial REIT and its subsidiaries, including bookkeeping, month-end closing, consolidation, treasury, cash flow monitoring, tax computations and filings, financial statements, board and lender reporting, regulatory submissions, and audit coordination. The role collaborates with finance leaders, regional teams, trustees, legal representatives, corporate secretaries, banks, and external service providers across multiple jurisdictions.
