Multitask using sense or urgent. The quality control must do daily inspections and reports. Be available to work/ trainings, supervise and inspect other buildings.Job Description

Essential Duties

  • Monday-Friday (8:00am-4:00pm).
  • Provide high level of customer service support to the organization and the facilities team by answering incoming phone calls and dispatching facilities maintenance personnel when necessary. 
  • Run monthly and quarterly reports on maintenance and housekeeping hours and materials. 
  • Assist with payroll processing for all employees using the Kronos system. 
  • Assist with administrative functions for the office, including invoice coding and processing, and time keeping. 
  • Assist ACC. Manager with coordination/set up/clean up of all requests for events/meetings. 
  • Create and maintain records. Create custom reports as required. 
  • Maintain safety records in the system. Assist immediately with safety reports as needed. All trainings to the employees. 
  • Create incident reports within the system as well as communicate any worker’s comp claims with the corporate office. 
  • Team member must be able to work in a team oriented and safety conscious environment. “Safety First” expectations include U-take 5 observation process, and compliance with all company/site safety guidelines and procedures. 
  • Responsible for working closely with the C&W Management team in performing non- routine, moderately complex site-specific job plan modification and development, SOP modification and development. 
  • Responsible for working closely with the customer and C&W Management team in performing moderately complex site-specific policies and procedures and daily office functions. 
  • Must develop and maintain a good working relationship with the customer and maintain customer confidence through effective communication, open rapport and a solid record of delivery on commitments. 
  • Must have strong computer skills including working knowledge of Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. 
  • Assist the C&W Management team with daily task but not limited to maintaining records and files, data entry, and preparing presentations. 
  •  May be required to work with and coordinate activities of other vendors including specialists. 
  • Perform all other tasks as assigned by the manager in response to the needs of the client. 
  • Communicate with all team members to support the development of long range planning strategies in support of the company’s goals and objectives. 

Quality Control Responsibilities 

  • Conduct quality inspections and reports. 
  • Gaining an understanding of the client's needs and requirements and communicating them and the quality standards to the operations teams.
  • Trach and assist in resolution of customer issue and follow up.
  • Devising ways to improve the processes to ensure higher-quality delivery. 
  • Assist with Subcontractor’s services and monitoring their compliance.
  • Supervising inspectors, technicians, and other staff members and providing guidance. 
  • Overseeing service delivery procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards. 
  • Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final outcome. 
  • Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis. 
  • Gaining feedback from the clients, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting custodian and movers. 

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills.​ 
  •  In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards. 
  • Strong knowledge of mathematics, data analysis, and statistical methods. (Power point, excel) 
  • Excellent communication and listening skills. 
  • Good technical skills.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $32.30 - $38.00
