Site Accounting Support

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicates and documents all month end accounting entries
• Communicates with SSC for support with customer litigation solving
• Is responsible for solving customer litigations (SAS analyzes/solves debit notes related to logistics, quality and warranty issues)
• Solve pending booking entries (SAS has gather approved invoices based on appropriate workflow; use validation workflow)
• Support in data collection on site level during custom and tax control
• Interface to Shared Service Center for travel expenses of it is dedicated site
• Prepare detailed of customer debit notes by business unit
• Responsible for manual invoicing when requested by business unit
• Prepare each month a report of open employee balances
• POD collection; prepare every week a report of transportation cost
• Pack up for SAS on AP side, when she is out
• Participation on Internal Control
• Prepare statistics for KSH/every month
• Transportation cost analysis

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate in Accounting (BSc)
• 2 to 3 years experience in accounting department
• Fluency in English
• Good problem solving skill and system-thinking
