The Stellantis Industrial System Quality Standards Lead - (SIS QS Lead) will work closely with the GA Shop Director to develop and implement SIS Standards aligned to Global and Regional Quality Standards, coordinate priority of SIS tools and processes in daily activities of the plants and track and monitor KPI progress regularly. Responsible for coordinating and performing internal reviews, external audits, and internal audits. Support the WO and QC Domain in alignment with implementation and the creation of best practices. Work closely with the Domains to develop route maps and coach to succeed in meeting objectives including coaching plants not making timing or struggling with strategy.
Preferred QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in operations management experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, including at least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodology and implementation of continuous improvement systems
- Ability to work any shift and overtime as required
- Ability to travel within North America to support NA Region: US/CAN/MEX
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interface with various levels of employees within all areas of the Plant from hourly represented employees to Senior Leadership as required
- Ability to build effective business relationships with plant leadership and customers
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to coach / mentor / develop team members
- Goal oriented self-starter with ability to lead teams
- Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite Applications

- Advanced degree preferred
- Previous experience working in a union environment
- Production/Quality/ supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Previous experience leading Quality Control Systems
