Job Purpose:
- Communicate, Plan and Execution of port call planning
- Provide professional services that meet/exceed Principal/ship masters’ expectation
Duties and Responsibilities:
Port Call Planning / Execution
- Understand port call requirement and expectation of Principal/Ship master
- Execute port call turnaround in the most cost-effective and expeditious
- Closely monitor and update stakeholders on port call progress
- Ensure Principals’ best interests are always protected
Effective Communication
- Concise and timely communication with authorised recipients and
- This include but not limiting to routine pre-arrival, progress. port call updates and post-call follow-ups
Statutory Declarations of a Port Call
Timely and truthful declarations to relevant government agencies relating to vessel call, not limiting to
- Immigration and Checkpoint Authorities (ICA)
- Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA)
- Customs and Excise Department
- National Environment Agency (NEA)
- Security/Enforcement Agencies
- Operators / Management of facility involved

Ship agency service industry with track records
In Oil/Gas/Offshore industry
As Engine or deck cadet
Qualifications:
- At least GCE “O” Level with credit in English and Mathematics
- Diploma in Maritime Studies

Other Requirements:
- Willing to work irregular and outside office hour
- Physical fit for ship boarding in anchorages, container ports, petrochemical installation and shipyards
