Required Education:
B.Tech./B.E./M.Tech./M.E.
Experience:
5-8 years in software design and development
Training sessions will be conducted on different aspects of tools framework
Responsibilities:

Framework Development:
-
Simulation Runtime Environment development based on AGILE methodology.
-
Simulation Development Environment development based on AGILE methodology.
-

Specify, design, develop, integrate, validate and deliver the Simulation software.
-
Write high quality code and deliver on time
-
Required skills and expertise:
-
Strong in at least one of the following Programming languages: Java
-
Good understanding of design patterns and architecture.
-
Good understanding of OOPS and multithreading
-
Good knowledge of any one database like H2, MySQL, MongoDB
-
Any of these Frameworks:Spring Boot, Agular, Node JS, Eclipse RCP, QT, XML, Real time software.
-
Programming Simulation Modelling & Virtualization.
-
Ability to understand and programming for real time and non-real time software.
-
Good Knowledge of model/process scheduling in real time and non-real time software.
-
Good in analyzing performance and networking of model/process in real time and non-real time software.
-

Scripting languages – Python, JavaScript.
-
Nice to have: Automation + Testing(Web based+standlone) and DevOps(awareness+hands-on)

Good at problem solving.
-
Good in analytical skill.
-
Good communication skills.
-
Defines the Product Roadmap, Sprints, release plan

Develops meaningful user stories
-
Ensure the quality of user stories by validating the user stories

Reporting progress of activity with timely escalations
-
Identify, monitor and mitigate the risks.

Be proactive and innovative to improve the ways of working. Ex: bring innovative design solutions and technologies, deploy AGILE methods.
