Join our team as a Simulation Engineer, where you will apply your expertise in engineering and Operations Research to drive innovative solutions and enhance production efficiency!
Core ResponsibilitiesProvide the engineering and operations organization with base for decisions and actions to optimize production
Identify and derive efficient solutions for a wide array of manufacturing related use cases
Develop and maintain mathematical models for manufacturing optimization
Apply Operations Research disciplines to improve optimization models
You will be responsible for taking digital modelling and discrete simulation to the next level.
You will be part of the team in the LEGO Group that are defining and implementing the strategy for advanced simulation and digital models, supporting production optimization. By play, learning fast and failing fast as a team, you will be part of a team passionate about supporting our operations bringing play and experience to children and adults across the world
Do you have what it takes?Experience with Stochastic Modelling & Simulation, Linear and non-linear Programming
Strong background in Data analysis, statistical methods, Machine Learning & Predictive analytics
Keen interest to spend time with manufacturing & R&D engineering to understand real world problems
Experience with discrete event tools such as PlantSim or Anylogic
Master Python, R-Language would be preferred
Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch would be an advantage
