- Provide accurate and timely employee data to support payroll processing in close coordination with the payroll team.
Who we are looking for

To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Solid experience across the full HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Strong knowledge of Danish labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Experience working in structured environments with union agreements and a workforce of operational employees, where you can balance business needs and employee engagement.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and leaders.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken Danish and English.
- Experience with Workday or another HRIS is an advantage.
We offer
We strive to create the right environment for the right people, fostering a culture of fairness, respect, responsibility, and care for our business and our customers.
