40Summary:
The Signature Events Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of Cook Children's Health Foundation signature fundraising events. This role coordinates event logistics, fundraising activities, donor and volunteer engagement, vendor relationships, communications, and administrative processes to ensure successful event outcomes. The Coordinator maintains accurate event and donor records, monitors budgets and performance metrics, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional event experiences that advance the Foundation's fundraising and stewardship goals.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in event planning, fundraising, donor relations, nonprofit operations, hospitality, marketing, customer service, healthcare, or related field required.
Demonstrated proficiency in membership or donor program administration, stakeholder communication, event coordination, or record management.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field is required.
