The Siding Operator will support the production of high-quality roofing materials through accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of manufacturing processes to include machine operation, quality verification, packaging, housekeeping & forklift operation.
Essential Duties

• Record daily production data and enter into appropriate databases
• Maintain production line area and take initiative to prevent issues
• Assist in problem solving and troubleshooting of production line issues as needed
• Learn new production areas as time allows
• Utilize effective communication skills on the production line
• Accomplish daily tasks relative to production line area as assigned\
• Work accident-free and comply with all federal, state and local company safety
• Continually strive to meet individual goals and professional standards
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED
• 6+ months of experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment;

Base salary and/or rate of pay ranges listed are exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Individual compensation offers will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, relevant candidate experience and skill, education, and/or qualifications.

Base Hourly Rate: $27.94
