We are looking for a professional in Site Support Controlling to deliver end‑to‑end financial oversight for key service areas—including EHS, Site Support, and Training & Education—supporting Lonza’s largest manufacturing site in Visp, Switzerland.
This role plays a critical part in driving financial planning, performance management, and cost transparency, while also contributing to standardization, process improvements, and automation across the broader infrastructure controlling organization.

What you’ll do
- Deliver end‑to‑end controlling for EHS, Site Support, and Training & Education, ensuring financial transparency and discipline
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and Business Strategic Reviews (BSR) for assigned service areas
- Perform variance analysis, providing clear, fact‑based explanations to support operational and management decisions
- Analyze cost trends and drivers, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements
- Provide CapEx controlling support, including CAR preparation, validation of financial inputs, and financial tracking
- Contribute to the standardization, streamlining, and automation of controlling and reporting processes
- Develop and enhance reporting and analytics using tools such as SAP and Power BI
- Act as a finance business partner to service areas, supporting both strategic and operational decision‑making
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance and Operations to ensure alignment and process efficiency
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Experience in site controlling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Strong SAP FI/CO knowledge with hands‑on controlling execution experience
- Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Experience in standardizing, streamlining, and automating financial processes and reports

- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a structured and detail‑oriented approach
- Ability to explain financial variances and cost drivers clearly and pragmatically
- Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence non‑finance stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a global, matrixed environment with cross‑functional teams
