What You'll Do:
- Perform accurate shoulder cuts on poultry processing line
- Maintain proper knife handling, sharpening, and sanitation practices
- Work efficiently to meet production goals while ensuring quality cuts
- Follow all safety and USDA guidelines
- Assist with training or mentoring newer team members (if needed)
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a shoulder cutter in poultry or meat processing
- Ability to work in a cold, fast-paced production environment
- Strong knowledge of cutting techniques and safety practices
- Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to work
