Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain and administer SharePoint related databases
- Support the Site Content Administration with structure, permissions and automation
- Perform daily system monitoring to ensure the integrity and availability of all systems and key processes, including the upgrade /migration to new SharePoint environments
- Develop workflows and processes to improve overall functionality of the Project Office
- Create and maintain new SharePoint sites, pages, templates, dashboards, etc. from inception to maintenance. This includes requirements gathering, application development, project management, and rollout
- Recommend and implement enhancements and improvements to current SharePoint sites, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop, document, and maintain configuration management and change management processes
- Communicate effectively across all layers of the business and with teams with varied viewpoints
Required Skills & Experience
- Clearance Required: Secret
- A bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience is required
- DoD 8570.1 IAT Level II Certification (Security+) or higher is required
- SharePoint Online experience designing, architecting, implementing, installing, administering, troubleshooting, upgrading and supporting enterprise-class SharePoint in a DoD environment is required
- SharePoint migration experience is required
- Previous experience developing SharePoint sites and workflows
- Ability to analyze, diagnose and troubleshoot SharePoint technical issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Experience with and ability to perform the following job functions:
- Maintaining SharePoint related databases
- Supporting Site Content Administration with structure, permissions, and automation
- Performing daily system monitoring, ensuring the integrity and availability of all systems and key processes
- Developing workflows and processes to improve overall functionality of the Project Office
- Must live within 75 miles of Redstone Arsenal
