Job Description
The Multi-Domain Solutions (MDS) division at Leidos is seeking a SharePoint Administrator to support a large facility maintenance program management team. The highly skilled and detail-oriented SharePoint Administrator will design and develop custom SharePoint pages, web parts, and workflows to support collaboration, document management, and publishing needs. The SharePoint Administrator will be responsible for developing and maintaining user-friendly web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
Primary Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will ensure SharePoint sites are secure, accessible, and optimized for performance as well as manage version control, backups, and recovery for SharePoint content and configurations. Provide user training and technical support and develop site usage documentation. Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 tools. Support branding efforts and UI/UX enhancements for internal portals and public sites.
Basic Qualifications
TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance is required
High school diploma or equivalent required
2–4 years of relevant professional experience
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Proven experience handling non-routine tasks with significant impact on outcomes
Strong problem-solving skills; able to analyze and resolve moderately complex issues
Effective communicator with team members and project stakeholders
Solid understanding of core job responsibilities and their practical application
Resolves moderately complex issues through analysis and sound judgment within standard procedures.
Applies foundational job knowledge to real-world challenges and operational tasks.
Understanding of React.js for building reusable UI components and interfaces
Ability to implement and integrate RESTful APIs for web service communication
Knowledge of UI design principles for creating user-friendly software interfaces
Solid experience in web application development, from design to deployment
Familiarity with website design practices and tools to create effective user experiences
Proven background in web development to support and advance organizational digital initiatives and objectives
Experience in software development to automate processes or solve technical challenges
Working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Skilled in quality control (QC) processes to ensure compliance with standards
Experience maintaining and managing web applications across networks
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient in developing dynamic web applications using AngularJS
Skilled in CSS for styling web content and enhancing UI/UX
Strong knowledge of HTML for structuring and presenting web content
Proficient in JavaScript for front-end development and interactivity
Experience with Node.js for scalable server-side web application development
