The Role: 
Entegris is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Business Technology Intern to support our intranet administration efforts. This internship offers a valuable opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in Information Systems while contributing to meaningful digital transformation initiatives.

As an Intranet Administrator Intern, you will play a key role in enhancing our intranet environment to improve collaboration, document management, and information sharing across the organization.

What You’ll Do:
•    Audit existing intranet pages to identify and fix broken links, and remove outdated content.
•    Collaborate with business owners to consolidate and streamline site content.
•    Identify areas for improvement and lead enhancements to intranet sites.
•    Modernize legacy pages by replicating and redesigning them using updated templates and tools.
•    Maintain and redesign intranet site pages and libraries.
•    Ensure intranet content remains current and aligned with business guidelines.

What We Seek:
•    Current student or recent graduate in one of the following fields:

• Information Systems / IT (non-CS)

• Business IT / MIS

• Digital Media / Multimedia Technology

• Library & Information Science / Knowledge Management

• Or a related discipline

•    Minimum CGPA of 3.00
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools.
•    Familiarity with collaboration platforms and business applications.
•    Strong command of spoken and written English.
