As an intern, this role will be assisting plant IL6S team, especially Education & Training (E&T) Pillar in developing the Mondelez Prai plant's digital transformation by developing engaging and informative content for internal communication, advertisement, education, and training initiatives, contributing to increased adoption of digital solutions and a more connected and informed workforce.
Meanwhile, this role will also contribute in other E&T Pillar activities and projects; such as managing current skill matrix assessment and monitoring training tracking and developing training material for related skill. The intern will also be expected to completing training room and ECRS of document that related to E&T team up until retention period (5 years). During the period, the intern will also be able to learn on end-to-end production, E&T PDCA cycle and contribute in analyzing and problem solving on talent development gaps at production line, also give great contribution thru value-added activities in long-time improvements of talent development programs.
More about this role
Main Project : 6 months
- Education & Training (E&T) digital transformation system implementation
First month :
- Assist Digital Transformation Team on E&T's digital transformation system activity & E&T activity while learning on E&T PDCA Cycle and understand E&T Step A-D :
1. Student able to gain IL6S knowledge and pillar during day-to-day activity.
2. Student able propose training tracking and qualification including skill matrix system using suitable digital app available (i.e PowerApps, QuickBase, etc)
3. Student understand on E&T Master Plan and execute the task according to timeline.
Next 2 months :
- Student able to complete the Core Team training & qualification system and do the dry run :
1. Student become part of Digital Transformation Team on system completion for Training, Qualification, Skill Matrix and do dry run.
2. Student able to identify any error, flaw on the system and resolve it before full run.
3. Student able to come out with Gantt Chart for each digital project to ensure completion as per plan.
- Student able to support E&T daily activity while focusing on he/she main project :
1. Complete the training room as per plan and layout.
2. ECRS of document that related to E&T team up until retention period (5 years).
3. Identify and conduct gap analysis on previous year training document for each employee.
Next 3 months :
- E&T Digital system full run for all core team and able to :
1. Able to monitor & track progress for Skill Matrix for each core team with skill gap analysis to close the gap.
2. Able to track & monitor training compliance, completion including training calendar/plan reservation.
3. Able to monitor and review qualification for each core team and by department (Snack & Biscuit).
4. Establish OPL/WI or any related document to retain the knowledge within MDLZ and train the E&T team/PIC to ensure no knowledge loss.
Other Job Requirements :
- Final year student from any majors (preferred: IT, Software Engineering, Human Resource, Data Science).
- Interested in industrial training program/HR; especially in coaching and building talent development programs for food manufacturing company.
- Agile over perfection, structured, communicative, self-driven and possess high willingness to learn new things.
- Excellent in data collection, problem-solving and analytical skills, can led discussions between stakeholders.
- Have good exposure on the apps development, big data analytic and Industry 4.0.
- Able to use Ms. Office (minimum Excel, PPT, Word) is required.
- Additional point on visualization skills using Canva, Power BI, Quick Base or other visualization and illustration tools.
- Show good proactiveness in organizations, extracurricular activities, internship, or business case competitions.
- Comfortable in both Bahasa and English-speaking environment.
