Job Responsibilities:
Drive product awareness through various channels (panel of external brokers/personal bankers/relationship managers) to build new-to-bank (NTB) sales pipeline and drive the utilization for Share Margin Financing (SMF) business.
Manage the relationship and create stickiness with in-market brokers/ dealers /remisiers/clients through unrivaled customer service.
Provide accurate, valid, complete and latest information to internal and external stakeholders.
Handle customer complaints effectively, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up closely to ensure issues are resolved.
Actively participate and promote the Bank’s marketing campaign to drive NTB acquisition and SMF utilization.
Perform visitation to external brokers and Priority Banking Center on monthly/quarterly basis, depending on the coverage.
Update Wealth Asset Financing product manager on the latest client feedbacks on products feature, marginable listings and what other competitors are doing.
To support and conduct product training/briefing to panel of external brokers/personal bankers/relationship managers on SMF and other Wealth Asset Financing products.
Cross-sell other financing products such as Mortgage, Hire Purchase, Personal Loan and Credit Cards.
Undertake ad-hoc task assigned by Head of Department.
Collaborate and build strong working relationships not only within Regional Wealth Management, but other business partners such as branches, branch regional office and stakeholders in Head Office.
Support and assist Head of Wealth Asset Financing and Team Lead, SMF in audit and compliance related matter for the SMF, in line with the Bank’s internal policy, standard and procedures and other regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements:
Malaysian citizen
Minimum Diploma or Undergraduate Degree in Finance, Business Studies or Marketing.
Preferably with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Global Market, Equity Dealing and Wealth Management
Candidates who passed SIDC Module 6 & 7 are encourage to apply
