The Role
Leads Ford’s ServiceNow compliance, automation, and AI strategy. The ServiceNow Compliance & AI Lead will be accountable for executing the enterprise strategy for Compliance, Automation and Artificial Intelligence capabilities on the ServiceNow platform.

 

This role serves as the strategic bridge between Security, Risk & Compliance organizations and Platform Transformation teams, ensuring the overall platform and the organization reduces risk, improves compliance, increases operational efficiency, and accelerates business outcomes through AI-driven innovation. The role also drives platform value realization, and adoption of modern ServiceNow capabilities while maintaining alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.

Responsibilities
  • Implement the ServiceNow Compliance roadmap.
  • Partner with Compliance, Internal Audit, Cybersecurity, and Business stakeholders and ensure regulatory and audit requirements are supported through ServiceNow solutions. 
  • Increase workflow automation adoption in and off the platform.
  • Define enterprise AI roadmap and governance within ServiceNow.
  • Drive adoption of the following as it comes:
    • Now Assist
    • Generative AI
    • Predictive Intelligence
    • AI Search
    • Virtual Agent
    • AI Agents
    • AI Control Tower
  • Identify high-value AI use cases and build business cases.
  • Ensure responsible and compliant use of AI technologies. 


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of Service Management, Platform Transformation and Compliance experience.
  • 5+ years leading ServiceNow initiatives.
  • Good understanding of AI and automation capabilities within the platform.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience implementing Agentic solutions within the Platform
  • Experience implementing NowAssist/AI Control Tower
  • Certifications:

  • ServiceNow CSA

  • ITIL Foundation/Managing Professional

  • Lean Six Sigma

  • AI/Generative AI Certifications

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $115,500-$218,100.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
