At Pernod Ricard, HR teams work closely with employees and managers to attract talent, support development, and help teams perform at their best. WE ARE LOOKING FOR INTERNS ACROSS THE FOLLOWING HR DEPARTMENTS:
Payroll: Support payroll administration and HR processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Talent Acquisition: Contribute to end-to-end recruitment activities, talent attraction strategies, and candidate engagement projects for France.
HR Business Analysis: Support HR transformation initiatives through data analysis, reporting, process improvement, and project coordination.
People Experience : Contribute to global employee engagement projects, employer branding, onboarding programs and global talent attraction initiatives.
HR Group Social Reporting Intern: Support the deployment of Pernod Ricard’s global HR reporting process by coordinating data collection, ensuring data quality and accuracy, managing user support and training, and contributing to CSRD compliance initiatives.
Inclusive Culture, Disability & Communication: Participate in communication and inclusion projects aimed at creating an engaging and accessible workplace for all employees.
WHAT YOU BRING
You are currently pursuing a higher education degree and are looking for a gap-year or final-year internship in Human Resources.
You ideally have some previous professional experience, for example through a first internship or work placement.
You are fluent in both French and English, both written and spoken.
You are organized, rigorous, structured, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership.
You are curious, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a dynamic and international environment.
You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy working with people.
You are a collaborative team player who is not afraid to take initiative and share your ideas.
