DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) SFA, FP&A Data & Analytics, located in Raynham, MA.
The SFA, FP&A Data & Analytics plays a critical role in enabling informed, data‑driven decision making across the DePuy Synthes organization. This role partners closely with finance and business leaders to deliver high‑quality financial planning, forecasting, and performance insights, leveraging advanced analytics to support strategic and operational priorities. The position offers strong visibility, cross‑functional collaboration, and the opportunity to influence business outcomes through actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning activities, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
Develop and deliver financial and operational performance analyses, including variance analysis, trend identification, and key driver insights.
Design, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to improve visibility into financial performance and decision support.
Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business cases using data‑driven insights.
Apply advanced analytics and financial modeling techniques to evaluate scenarios, risks, and opportunities.
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with internal controls, policies, and financial governance standards.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field (required).
MBA, Master’s degree, or advanced analytics coursework (preferred).
Experience and Skills
Required:
Typically 2–4 years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related analytics‑focused finance role.
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial systems and reporting tools (e.g., ERP, planning systems, BI tools).
Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred:
Experience supporting a manufacturing, supply chain, or MedTech/Healthcare business.
Experience with data visualization and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
