Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled SF/CBO Developer with strong Java experience to join our technology team focused on delivering high-performance, scalable solutions for telecom services. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Service Fulfillment (SF) and Composite Business Operations (CBO) within OSS/BSS environments and will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating service orchestration components using Java technologies.
You’ll play a key role in enabling automated provisioning, service activation, and end-to-end service lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Design & Development:
o    Design and implement Service Fulfillment (SF) and CBO components using Java/J2EE technologies.
o    Develop modular and reusable code for service orchestration, business logic, and integrations.
o    Configure and customize telecom provisioning workflows in SF/CBO frameworks.
•    Integration:
o    Integrate with telecom OSS/BSS systems including Inventory, Activation, Billing, CRM, and Order Management.
o    Develop and consume REST/SOAP web services for external system interactions.
o    Ensure seamless flow of service orders and provisioning tasks across systems.
•    Service Modeling & Orchestration:
o    Model and configure telecom services and resources using SF/CBO frameworks.
o    Build reusable business processes using BPM or workflow engines (e.g., Camunda, Activiti, BPEL).
•    Testing & Support:
o    Perform unit, integration, and system testing.
o    Support UAT and troubleshoot production issues related to service activation and delivery.
o    Optimize performance and scalability of service flows.
•    Documentation & Collaboration:
o    Maintain technical documentation for code, configurations, and workflows.
o    Collaborate with solution architects, testers, DevOps, and business analysts to ensure delivery meets requirements.
 

•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
•    3–6+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development.
•    Experience with Service Fulfillment (SF) and Composite Business Operations (CBO) in telecom domain.
•    Proficiency in:
o    Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate
o    Web services (REST, SOAP)
o    XML, XSD, JSON, JMS
•    Hands-on experience with telecom orchestration platforms (e.g., Amdocs Cramer, Netcracker, Ericsson ESB, Oracle Communications).
•    Solid understanding of OSS/BSS processes including order management, inventory, activation, and fulfillment.

Preferred Skills:
•    Exposure to TM Forum standards (SID, eTOM, Open APIs).
•    Experience with BPM engines (e.g., Camunda, BPEL, Activiti).
•    Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
•    CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, Maven, SonarQube.
•    Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
