Hourly Rate: $27.00-$35.00
Shifts: 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts (Weekend and split shift options potentially available)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for running multiple machines simultaneously
- Set up machines independently using setup sheets
- Run first piece and confirm part meets print
- Inspecting parts to tight tolerances and quality standards
- Following established programs and supporting daily product in a regulated manufacturing environment
- Operates and supports CNC machines producing high-precision medical device components
- Responsible for reading blueprints and precision measuring equipment
- Troubleshoot basic issues and avoid crashes
Requirements
- Experience with Mazak (Integrex, 5-axis) or Star Swiss machines
- Experience supporting changeovers and production
- Must be able to read blueprints
- Must be able to operate multiple machines simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
