Details of the Division and Team:
Corporate Actions is part of Global Securities Operations (GSO) and is responsible for managing and supporting all corporate actions services for GSO. Product scope covers various corporate action events such as AGM/EGM, proxy, interest and cash dividend payments, stock dividends, stock splits, bonus issue, reverse stock split, rights issue, merger, and tender.

Your key responsibilities:
Input client instruction and monitor the progress
Pre-matching settlement instruction against Counterparty
Update settlement status to client
Prepare internal and external reporting
Communicate with client or internal for outstanding item related to trade settlement
Involve in team project testing
Contribute in team discussion
Your skills and experience:
University graduate with min 1-2 years experiences in operations
High Risk and Control awareness
Proactive and team player
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong knowledge in Ms. Excel would be an advantage
Fluent in written and verbal communication both in Bahasa and English
