DescriptionMarkon is building a talent pool of Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) professionals to support future Intelligence Community missions. This pipeline opportunity is intended to identify qualified candidates to provide technical and programmatic support on some of the most advanced and mission-critical systems. Selected candidates will be considered for future openings aligned to customer priorities. Responsibilities
  • Systems Analysis and architectural review of various SIGINT/GEOINT model based systems.
  • Support robust MBSE-based systems engineering with scalable data structures.
  • Implement complex systems, these systems are critical to national security and the teams are formed from the bests and brightest.
  • Duties include critical thinking, robust discussion, analysis of complex features and intertwined requirements across intelligence disciplines.
  • Work with (really) big data, machine learning, complex design frameworks, model based systems engineering and a multitude of other tools.
Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI w/ a CI Polygraph clearance OR the ability to and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
  • 6+ years of professional systems engineering experience, preferrably with GEOINT and SIGINT systems.
  • Experience with software system design, development, integration, and testing.
  • Experience with cloud-based MBSE systems architecure and design.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Analytical mind with a passion for problem solving.
Salary RangeUSD $90,000.00 - USD $165,000.00 /Yr.The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
