Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Servicing Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in Tallinn. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly impact Wise’s mission by hiring top talent for our Servicing teams across Europe, including high-volume recruitment. You’ll play a key role in supporting our hiring managers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and continuously improving our hiring processes.
You’ll have a growth mindset, be data-driven, and demonstrate strong execution towards goals and deliverables. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality candidates while keeping the candidate experience at the heart of everything you do.
What You'll Get to Do:
- Partner with business stakeholders to support recruitment strategies, leveraging your market knowledge and hiring expertise.
- Own the candidate process end-to-end, from sourcing to offer, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Create an engaging and positive candidate experience in line with Wise values, regardless of the hiring outcome.
- Support employer branding efforts through university recruiting, job fairs, and diversity outreach initiatives.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes by identifying challenges and proposing solutions.
- Use data to track hiring progress, identify roadblocks, and optimize processes for efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Rewards, People Ops, and RecOps, to streamline recruitment operations.
