How you'll make an impact:
Our Services team plays a critical role in connecting customers, Sales, Production, and Operations to help orders move efficiently from planning through delivery. Depending on the opportunity, you may support customer relationships, production planning, order management, scheduling, inventory, or cross-functional coordination.
What you’ll do:
- Support customer orders, production schedules, and day-to-day operational priorities.
- Enter, review, and maintain accurate order, item, or planning information in an ERP system.
- Partner across Sales, Customer Service, Prepress, Quality, Production, and other teams to keep work moving.
- Monitor timelines, communicate updates, and help resolve issues that could affect customers or production.
- Identify opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and the customer experience.
What it takes to succeed:
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service, production planning, scheduling, order management, manufacturing operations, or a similar detail-oriented role.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage changing priorities.
- Clear communication and the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Experience using ERP systems or similar business systems.
Preferred Requirements

- Experience in manufacturing, packaging, printing, or a related industry.
- Experience supporting customer orders, production schedules, inventory, or supply chain activities.
