SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
The role is responsible for overseeing all employees within the department, including Customer Service, Shipping, and Scheduling teams.
Key duties include ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements, as well as performing the following:

- Communicating with the Sales Manager regarding any issues that may impact scheduling and shipping performance

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of five years of experience in a managerial position such as Customer Service Manager, Operations Manager, or similar roles within the corrugated box industry
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Ability to read and understand documents such as safety guidelines, operating procedures, and manuals
- Proficiency in writing clear reports and professional correspondence
- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to both employees and customers
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
