Job Summary

Support the delivery and customization of ServiceNow solutions while gaining hands-on experience across development, implementation, and platform capabilities. Work alongside experienced consultants on customer projects, pursue ServiceNow certifications, and contribute to documentation, issue resolution, training, and knowledge-sharing activities

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and develop technical skills related to ServiceNow’s various modules and platform capabilities.
• Support customer projects and internal initiatives under the guidance of experienced consultants.
• Complete the ServiceNow certification path and acquire essential platform knowledge.
• Assist in the design, implementation, and customization of ServiceNow cloud-based solutions.
• Gain hands-on experience in ServiceNow development using best coding practices.
• Prepare and maintain technical and design documentation as needed.
• Identify and escalate product issues to the project team.
• Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Recent graduates with a background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Passion for technology, cloud solutions, and IT service management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
