Job Summary:
DT Professional Services is seeking a Program/Project Manager for a federal contract who will support the implementation and operation of an ServiceNow Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Integrated Facilities and Workplace Management System (IFWMS). The solution is required to be a Software as a Service (SaaS) system capable of being hosted on a FEDRamp authorized cloud environment and must meet industry and client performance standards, offer the necessary redundancy and contingency features to provide success in planning, building, operating, maintaining, and servicing the client support facilities. This full-time position, located in Arlington, VA, will serve as the management representative for the overall management and completion of assigned tasks for the project.
Responsibilities:
The Program/Project Manager is responsible for planning and execution of the software development lifecycle for application development, design, testing and implementation of the ServiceNow product. This includes coordination support, creation of project plans and schedules, preparation of project briefings for senior leadership, creation of project Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) documentation, preparing project status reports, and managing subcontractor personnel utilizing Agile development best practices.
Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management and Agile methodology experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • PMP Certification
  • Candidates must be able to legally work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future
  • Must undergo a background investigation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SCRUM Master Certification

The compensation range for this position: $135,000 to $165,000 annually.
