Job DescriptionRequired Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of total IT experience with strong hands‑on ServiceNow development.
- Minimum 3+ years working specifically with ServiceNow ITOM and Vulnerability Response.
- Strong expertise in:
- ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
- CMDB structure, CI class modeling, relationships
- Discovery patterns, sensors, probes
- MID Server administration
- Event Management rules and alert correlation
- VR workflows and scanner integrations
- Hands‑on experience with integrations via REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture, ACLs, data policies, and platform security.
- Working knowledge or exposure to GenAI / Now Assist capabilities (advantage).
- Preferred certifications:
- CSA (mandatory)
- CIS–Discovery / CIS–Service Mapping / CIS–Event Management (advantage)
- CIS–Vulnerability Response (highly desirable)
- CAD (plus)
