Northern Trust is looking for a GRC regulatory compliance tool associate to join our RCE Technology Team in Pune, India.
Job Description AND Principal Responsibilities
This role covers below responsibilities within Northern Trust:
Demonstrates hands on configuration experience with a proven record of success managing GRC and IRM programs, solution design and configuration projects for one or more GRC/IRM Technology platforms
Development, implementation, integration and customization of solution for ServiceNow IRM.
Sound knowledge on API integrations to enable integration from ServiceNow platform to external systems.
Sound knowledge of Compliance Management, Regulatory Change Management , Compliance Testing , Monitoring etc.
Deep understanding of access control, specifically role-based access and inheritance of role and record-based permissions
Experience identifying sources of data outside of GRC solutions, and designing integration approaches to share data between business and third-party systems
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow technologies, best practices, and industry trends.
Analyze business requirements for GRC solutions and develop the GRC Applications.
Configure and develop Workflows, data integration and other system integrations for Compliance Process.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Stay current with SNOW OR similar platform best practices and updates.
Should be flexible for upskilling different skill sets
Experience/ Skills
Minimum qualification:
Any Degree/ Diploma in Computer Science, Technology, Software Development, Business Information Sciences, or equivalent industry experience.
3-4 years hands on experience in IRM SNOW Capabilities.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of IRM , Compliance SNOW Capabilities or similar regulatory tool development, including data integration and system integration need.
Compliance Regulatory project background for Horizon scanning.
Experience of working in GRC solution, understanding of terminology and functional aspects
Strong communication skills, collaborative approach.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Nice to Have Skills
Experience with Agile methodology
Any relevant certification on GRC or Cube technology (Automated Regulatory Intelligence (ARI) and Regulatory Change Management (RCM)
