The Talent Sourcing & Intelligence (TSI) team is a strategic global function that partners closely with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to identify, engage, and attract exceptional talent across consulting, technology, analytics, AI, life sciences, and corporate functions.
Beyond sourcing, TSI drives market intelligence, talent mapping, competitor research, workforce insights, and leverages AI-powered recruiting technologies to enable smarter hiring decisions. As trusted advisors, we help shape talent strategies that support ZS's global growth.
Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate, curious, and technology-savvy Senior Talent Sourcer to join our Global Talent Sourcing & Intelligence team.
In this role, you will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop innovative sourcing strategies, build diverse talent pipelines, generate market intelligence, and leverage GenAI and AI-enabled recruiting tools to identify and engage world-class talent globally.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop innovative sourcing strategies for global hiring across multiple business functions and geographies.
- Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, social platforms, professional communities, and industry events.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, X-Ray search, market mapping, and competitive intelligence.
- Leverage AI and GenAI-powered recruiting tools to accelerate candidate discovery, personalize outreach, automate research, and improve sourcing productivity.
- Create talent maps, organizational charts, competitor analyses, succession maps, and market intelligence reports to support strategic hiring decisions.
- Conduct industry research including talent availability, hiring trends, compensation benchmarking, competitor movement, and emerging skill landscapes.
- Partner with recruiters to define target talent personas and build long-term pipelines for critical and niche skill areas.
- Develop compelling candidate engagement strategies and employer branding initiatives to attract passive talent.
- Maintain accurate sourcing activity, talent insights, and pipeline data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM.
- Present sourcing insights and market intelligence to recruiters, hiring managers, and senior stakeholders.
- Support strategic hiring initiatives including new capability builds, leadership hiring, geographic expansion, and workforce planning projects.
- Champion continuous improvement by adopting emerging sourcing technologies, AI innovations, automation, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
- 4-6 years of experience in global talent sourcing, executive search research, talent intelligence, recruitment research, or corporate recruiting, with exposure to hiring across multiple geographies.
- Strong expertise in internet research, Boolean search, X-Ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Experience creating talent maps, competitor intelligence reports, and market research.
- Exposure to AI/GenAI recruiting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn AI, Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, sourcing automation tools, talent intelligence platforms, CRM automation) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and research capabilities with the ability to translate market insights into actionable hiring recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence engaging senior professionals globally.
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and recruitment systems (ATS/CRM).
